Experience: 

The module is all about being curious by doing research on the target group in order to identify the touch points of the customer journey and locate the defining moments in which the customer makes crucial decisions in choosing a product or service. Based on the mapping and mining process of the customer journey, we  develop an integrated communication advice that consists of     

  • Persona 

  • Customer Journey map   

  • Advice for implementing the customer journey in Intratuin Presikhaaf.
