I learnt about the organization's structures, processes, team roles, and cultures based on given international organizational theory - Nissan. I also got an introduction to the organization's control processes and the Key Performance Indicators. To get more understanding about the theory, I had a chance to visit Nissan in the Netherlands to understand more about the principles of working in an organization. Based on all the given information, sharings and research about Nissan, I tried to finalize my portfolio as detailed as possible and got compliments from the lecturer.
