Working with the case study from Heineken, I learnt the basic principles of quantitative research, specifically survey research, and how it is applied to a communication's problem. The SPSS program was applied to analyze and interpret results of the survey, in which descriptive and inferential statistical techniques were used. In the end, I needed to draw measured conclusions based on correct interpretations of statistical outputs.
