This report covers my graduation internship journey in my student life as a senior international Communication student at HAN University of Applied Sciences, simultaneously a Commercial Global Marketing Intern at IDEXX, specifically in the Livestock, Poultry and Dairy business segment (LPD), in Hoofddorp, Netherlands.

 

Over the course of 19 weeks and beyond, I have experienced significant growth in both my knowledge and professional skill set. This report aims to provide a comprehensive evaluation of my internship experience, reflecting not only on the progress I have made toward achieving my personal and professional goals, but also highlighting the key deliverables and projects I have contributed to during my time at HAN and IDEXX. 

 

I would like to deeply thank my supervisor - Nikos Misirlis for his feedback to my academic deliverables, and supporting me during my internship period. I felt supported in every stage of my development. I also want to express my gratitude to my manager - Matthijs Hoogland for giving me this internship opportunity, encouraging me and directly discussing 1:1 to give me any advice regarding personal and professional development. Last but not least, I sincerely give a big thanks to all my close colleagues (Angel, Marta, Kristina, Pinar and Yusi) and those from the Sales and Product management team of both EMEA and US regions for their feedback, appreciation, and compliments of my work deliverables!
