I felt truly excited and honored to join my first global town hall at IDEXX, hosted by our CEO, Jay Mazelsky, and Joyce Parent, VP and GM of Rapid Assay, Point of Care Diagnostics. It was inspiring to hear directly from the leadership about the company’s vision for 2025, the strategic priorities across different regions, and how each team — across Europe, Africa, and the Americas — plays a critical role in IDEXX’s growth.

What impressed me most was the openness and clarity in the communication. Jay and Joyce not only shared successes but also spoke about the challenges ahead with honesty and optimism. It made me feel even more connected to the bigger picture, beyond my immediate team or tasks.

Being part of this town hall reinforced how IDEXX fosters a strong sense of community, transparency, and purpose across global teams. As an intern, it was incredibly motivating to see how my contributions, no matter how small, fit into a much larger mission. It left me energized, proud, and even more excited for the journey ahead!
