New Hires Meeting & Exclusive Distribution Center (DC) Tour

New Hires Meeting on 16 April – a great opportunity to connect, learn and explore.

As part of the event, IDEXX HR and Leadership Team offered a special guided tour of our Distribution Center (DC), aka Warehouse where I got a firsthand look at how our operations come to life!

I met around 20 new hires, and we all shared our amazing experiences at IDEXX so far. We all enjoyed the tour, amazed at the scale, efficiency, and precision of the operations behind the scenes. It was incredible to see how every order, every shipment, and every product is handled with such care and attention to detail — truly living up to IDEXX’s commitment to quality and service.

The team members at the DC were so passionate and knowledgeable, and it was clear how much pride they take in their work. Walking through the facility, I gained a deeper appreciation for how all departments are connected, and how every role, whether in marketing, sales, or logistics, plays a part in delivering the best for our customers.

It was not just a tour — it was a reminder of the bigger impact we are making together at IDEXX. I left feeling even more inspired and proud to be part of such a dedicated and dynamic team.
