Competitors and market analysis
Objective: Have an overview of what competitors are doing from CSR and Sustainability perspectives with the aspects of Eco-labeling, Financial inclusion as well as Inclusion and Diversity as well as CCV's position in the market.
Investigative capacity: A huge research about the competitors and market research. Starting from eco-labeling topics, Anna suggested me to go further with CSR and Sustainability perspectives. As a result, when the analysis was ready, I came up with some models to visualise the data, which have been included in the CSR plan 2024 and reported to Board of Directors.
The complexity
The complexity of this task lies in the wise research and melodious understanding of the competitors’ ESG report. Based on my research experience before, I found little difficulty researching and reporting this analysis.

The relevance for
the company
​Anna gave me the instruction and her expectation. Daniela gave me the example of what she did about this analysis in the past and some other suggestions. Based on them, I performed the task independently and it was such a long experience of researching and reading.
This task helps us to know about the market and position of our company from CSR and Sustainability aspects. The Board of Directors are also asking for this type of report/ analysis; therefore, Anna asked me to prepare couples of slides based on the full analysis so that she would put the slides in the full CCV CSR plan 2024.
Whether I enjoyed working on the task or experienced stress
I was a bit nervous if I did not research carefully enough and understand some industrial terms. However, with the support of Anna and Daniela, I have done this task without any mistakes/ incorrect information since I include all sources. In the end, I was satisfied with my efforts to complete this technical task.
