Building a strong brand CCV

Objective: Build strong brand, and perception of CCV as a responsible company

CSR and sustainability is one of CCV’s 3 brand value drivers. In order to build a strong brand Ha/Anna helped to build a communication plan for CSR and sustainability both internally and externally. This work included:
External:
-
Analysis how we/CCV can leverage our commitment to UN Global Compact
Investigative capacity: With all my concentration and research efforts, I completed the way to leverage CCV's membership of UN Global Compact (UNGC). Anna sent me all emails she got from UNGC, I read them carefully, then I went to their website, and researched what other members of them have been doing. I applied some activities to CCV and saw if they fit our company. As a result, I managed to propose some activities with Anna's approval.

-
SDG Flag Day: Brainstorming the idea of taking the photo with the SDG flag at the office. Collaborating with the design team to arrange a photoshoot for a group photo. Communicating clearly with other colleagues about this event to ask for their support in the photo. This material is used on the LinkedIn post of CCV. Preparing the caption and making the proposal. Strongly support the SDG flag day by personally posting on my LinkedIn as a part of CCV.

Entrepreneurial behavior and Collaborative capacity: When being assigned this mini project, I made an agenda of what I needed to do including collecting the flag, contacting facility manager to see if we could hang it, thinking about the group photo poses, communicating to photographer/ colleagues to be in the photo, making internal announcement and delivering external communication: LinkedIn. To make this done, the collaboration among me under the mentoring of Anna, Jessica and Daniel - photographer and Social media specialist, all colleagues in the photo, is indispensable!

The complexity

The autonomy
The relevance for
the company

Whether I enjoyed working on the task or experienced stress
The complexity of these tasks is a bit more than the above. They required lots of wise research and creative ideas. To get these done, I needed to highly focus and brainstorm, instead of only extracting data and putting them in the correct order.
These tasks were much supported by my manager and other senior colleagues as well as the collaboration. In the end, the ownership is mine.
Their purposes are to strengthen the CCV brand as a responsible company. At the same time, we would like to have effective communication internally to make sure that everyone is at least aware of what the Marcom team/ Branding tem is putting effort into.
The most challenging task is about the coming CSR and sustainability legislation. It is a technical topic. For the rest, I had no difficulties and enjoyed them, feeling like I developed a lot from them.
