Communicate with colleagues

Objective: Communicate with different colleagues in Netherlands, German and Belgium effectively.

Intercultural proficiency: I tried to be clear in my communication with different colleagues to avoid as many mistakes as possible. I know that with diverse working environment, there is nothing better than being clear in expressing my ideas/ expectations. I appreciated this chance to enhance my intercultural awareness in not only the way of communicating but also how we solve/ collaborate/ help each other within an organisation.

Messages in the general Teams channel of Marketing and Communication

In addition, I am responsible for most of Corporate Social Responsibility posts on CCV Inside. Our progress - Ecovadis, CO2 emission audit, SDG Flag Day, New green legislations which are/ might be relevant to CCV is well communicated by my well-prepared posts.

The complexity
The work is actually not so complex. I know how to adjust my tone of voice and my colleagues are all nice to me.

The autonomy
The relevance for
the company
This task is well managed by me. Whenever Anna told me about who to contact, I would be proactive in sending them the message and handle all questions in our communication/ conversation.
Every communication is a part of the succession to every project in particular and the company in general. Effective communication ensures that everyone understands the company's goals, strategies, and expectations. It aligns employees' efforts towards common objectives, minimizing misunderstandings and fostering a shared vision.

Whether I enjoyed working on the task or experienced stress

At first, I felt a bit nervous about how to communicate with different colleagues/ positions. But I still tried doing it by myself. After all, I was not scared anymore since they all replied to me with nice messages. Anna was also impressed by the way I communicated effectively with different colleagues.
