Bike to work campaign
Objective: part of CO2 reduction plan/ strategy for 2024 and connect to CCVital – an internal program about caring CCV employees’ mental and physical health.
Create a creative concept and internal campaign including HR and internal communication in 3 markets, and other internal stakeholders.

Collaborative capacity: I put this task in line with this capacity since I realised the importance of collaboration to complete this campaign. I had the idea, created the content under Anna's mentor. Although the autonomy is high for me, I needed to contact with other HR colleagues from 3 countries for information. Also, when making the full detailed content plan, I ask for design request to support with posters and Inside posts. Thanks to their cooperation, I could finalise this campaign and hopefully it will be a part of HR plan next January.

The complexity
The task is my interest since it involves creative concepts to attract participants. However, the complexity lies in the fact that I need to choose the concept which is most suitable even though I know that I have ‘crazily cool’ ideas but they don’t fit the CCV brand and the culture of working.

The autonomy
The relevance for
the company
I would say I did it from A to Z with little support from Anna. I communicated with HR to gather information, researched and analysed the data to set the objectives, messages and presented to HR. Based on Anna’s and HR’s feedback, I made improvements and it is possible to be a part of their 2024 plan.
The purpose is contributing to reducing the CO2 emissions from CCV employees and caring about their mental + physical health.

Whether I enjoyed working on the task or experienced stress
I found it a bit stressful at first when I struggled to brainstorm the idea. I did not do enough research and analysis at that time. I had difficulty making the outline of a campaign and was confused about the content. However, after a week, I managed to make it, with the support from Anna. From then on, I understood what I was doing and finalised with a detailed Bike-to-work campaign proposal in powerpoint.
