
Chapter 1: Introduction

CCV is a European provider offering end-to-end payments at every touchpoint of the customer journey. From convenient online payments to powerful in-store and
unattended solutions. The portfolio is expanding with both financial services (acquiring, processing) and innovative payment terminals (IM15, IM30). CCV has offices in the Netherlands, in which the headquarter is located in Arnhem, Germany and Belgium.


As a Branding and CSR intern, my main focus is on supporting to build a strong brand and perception of CCV as a responsible company by involving in projects, reporting, making campaigns and communicating about the progress internally.

As of 1 October2021, Marketing & Communication department is one centralised department, with a large and ambitious portfolio. There are 5 specialised but closely collaborating teams namely: Proposition & Portfolio Marketing, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communication, CCV Studio and Branding (also Corporate Social Responsibility aspect).
