


Improve the brand website
Objective: improve the efficiency/ layout of CCV CSR landing page
CSR landing page improvement: Doing research on the most effective CSR landing page, making the comparison and proposing the improvement for CCV.


Investigative capacity: It involves my efforts of researching numbers of most effective CSR landing page and understanding the article about what elements should be included in the page.

The complexity
On the scale 1-10, I will put a 7 for the complexity of this task. It requires a lot of research from the standards of a CSR landing page to what other competitors are doing on their web page. I needed to identify the most relevant standards for us to follow and improve. Then I proposed my suggestions based on the research result to Anna and we would discuss it.

the company
I totally performed this task by myself within 2 weeks of my manager’s vacation. When reading the guidance, I quickly understood and spent one day doing research. My suggestion for improvement surprised Anna.
​The task is directly related to the website of CCV. The more effective CSR landing page we have, the easier we can convey our sustainability efforts to the customers/ partners. We can also be proud of our achievements when seeing them on the website.

Whether I enjoyed working on the task or experienced stress
This is the first time I have ever tried this task. I was a bit stressed since my proposal could affect the image of a company, that’s why I carefully went through the standards for an effective CSR landing page. Then I compared the CCV page. Finally, I managed to give the suggestions and I felt satisfied with that! Hard work always pays off.
