Reflection every month

Objective: At the end of every month, I have the ‘Work and learn’ document to reflect what I have done so far.

Reflective practitioner: At the end of each month, I spend 1 hour reviewing what I have done so far and what skills I have achieved. From the tasks, I reflect on that I have learnt. Some tasks seem so simple but the lessons behind are invaluable.

The complexity
This way of reflection is necessarily simple as it is. Doing this gives me time to look back on my journey so far with CCV.

The autonomy
The relevance for
the company
It is my proactiveness to collect all pieces of tasks I have done and reflect on what I have achieved. After that, Anna helped me to conceptualize the way of describing my achievement so that I can put on my resume.
This task is actually beneficial to me. I consider myself as a small contribution to the success of CCV honestly since I have been here to develop my skills and learn from my colleagues. On the other hand, I know the right way of interning and step by step growing in this company. Being one of the CCV’s focus pillars - employee, I would like to become an effective intern, which also positively affects the image of the employer of choice - CCV.

Whether I enjoyed working on the task or experienced stress
I enjoy doing it! I felt a bit worried if the number of tasks is not balanced among each month. However, I realised that I need to consider the quality of the task instead of its quantity. Therefore, after each month, I feel like I have achieved/ learnt a lot from different tasks, ranging from the very simple one (write an announcement) to the complex one (management report).
