Investigative capacity: Based on all internal materials and Anna's expectations as well as detailed instruction, I collected data, analyse and report in CCV template. I tried to be detail-oriented and improve my reporting skills. These reports result from my detailed investigation, behind which, I learnt so much about our CSR and Sustainability picture with all activities in the past and targets for upcoming years.

The complexity
This task is all about reporting and I did them in a row. They were not so complex since all data/ sources were internally available. My job was to collect the correct information and arrange the structure of the report.

the company
The task itself is autonomous since my manager gave me the brief and sources when needed. Then I was proactive in deciding the content for each part in the report to make sure they were related to the report title. The feedback was given and improvement was made immediately. After the final version had been carefully checked by my manager and the external specialist, it was submitted to the Ecovadis system.
We are trying to become a responsible company and care about the sustainability aspects. The scorecard from Ecovadis is the proof and standard for us.
Whether I enjoyed working on the task or experienced stress
At first, I felt a bit challenging because this series of reports marked my some first weeks at CCV. I was scared that I could not extract the correct information and data. However, with the support from Anna and other colleagues, I got used to reporting and tried to master this skill. Overall, I enjoy this experience, it’s only easy when I know all sources and have feedback that I’m on the right track!
