
Hosting a pub quiz

Objective: Celebrating 1 year anniversary of rebranding, increasing engagement of all CCV employees in 3 countries

Online rebranding pub quiz: Brainstorming the pub quiz based on all Rebranding materials, and hosting the online meeting.

Entrepreneurial behavior and Collaborative capacity: This is the first task that required me to work in pair with Cenic. Anna assigned us this task in September. It's the perfect time for both Cenic and me to be proactive in looking for the rebranding materials and completing the quiz as well as hosting the online session. With all our efforts and desire to perform well, we succeeded in delivering this task with professional attitudes and behaviors.

The complexity
This task is a way for me to know more about our rebranding 1 year ago. It is not complex, since I did notice that we had a rebranding event when I applied for CCV. All documents were available for me and my teammate to read and make the quiz. Hosting the quiz is a different story. I find it difficult to host the quiz for 15 members online.

the company
I worked in pairs with my fellow intern and we had fun doing it. We knew more facts about our brand and the process of rebranding. We both have the equal workload: making a list of quizzes and picking the suitable ones to put on Menti. We co-hosted the online meeting but Cenic managed to talk a lot to break the ice while I just gave a few comments at the end of each question!
It is a part of the rebranding as well as 65th anniversary remarks. One year passed by with a lot of changes and activities. We, Branding team in general, would like to remind other colleagues about the achievements we have obtained. This pub quiz also gave a chance for us - company-wide employees to reunite and talk about our progress so far from different perspectives about the CCV brand!

Whether I enjoyed working on the task or experienced stress
I think it is a good chance for me to delve into CCV brand elements, which is necessary for my position. I had fun performing this task with Cenic and we learnt together. However, I still felt shy when hosting the quiz. As such, I did not know how to begin when I saw enough participants were in the meeting. Cenic was the one to break the ice and start the quiz. During the quiz, we did not play some music, which was so silent but we handled by giving some voiceover and we made it!
